The roof was just flooded when we got there, plugged drains...
In the boxes below, filter rack kits. I had to return them, the wrong ones were sent out with the units.

Cracked heat exchanges, failed compressors. These units were scrap.
The next day we things dried up. We installed new gas pipe to all units

The return air inlet to the unit was blocked off when gas heat was fired up. We did this so the heat exchanger would burn off it's thin film coating and not allow the fumes to go down below
See the union before the gas valve. It's inside the unit so it won't be exposed to the elements. It's a pain when these things are rusted together.
