There was an after hours call at a hot pot restaurant on the weekend. One of our guys went down and found a defective t-stat. He took one of the malls stats and installed it in the restaurant for the time being. I went down the there the following day with honeywell vision pro stat. I was told the hole in the wall was large so I installed an the backing plate seen below.
These thermostats are great. Its convenient being able to program these stats when there not even mounted. I programmed this one in my truck.
