The vet had a late model Tane Voyager roof top unit with a failed ignition glow coil and a inducer fan motor with bad bearings. It was late in the day to pick up these parts so we came up with a solution. The neighboring tenant had the exact same unit to condition their space. Their gas supply was shut off and they only used electric baseboard heat. We cleared approval with the landlord that owned both units to take the parts from one unit to the other.
The fan belt was a little worn. I had a spare in the van.
