Scottsman ice machines overheating...



Every ice machine of this hotel was either overheating or locked out on a fault.









The ice machines were all air cooled units installed in a room the size of a closet. The doors were all closed and have vents that provided less then adequate airflow. Some of the rooms were up to 120 degrees fahrenheit.



I told the hotel to to take or the doors or buy water cooled units. They were not happy...
