I put the unit into defrost. The electric heaters pulled full nameplate amperage.

There was just a small piece of clear plastic covering the drain line.
The condenser needed to be cleaned so I grabbed some nitrogen from the van. I placed wet rags behind the coil to prevent the dust and debris to become airborne.
