Undersized Rack Feeder cables...




We contracted an electrician to replace the electrical cables feeding main power to both the low and medium temp racks. Before the replacement the cables were overheating due to the amperage draw from the system.



Once the cables were replaced I turned the units back on. The CPC alarms had to be acknowledged. The shot below is a good example of how rack refrigeration systems use heat reclaim systems.
