The misting system did not have enough water pressure available to produce the fine mist required.
Time to take a closer look...
There was no way the water pressure could have been 160 plus PSIG when there was low water pressure on the spray header and I doubted a restriction. I checked it out and the gauge had failed.
I started up the system with the new gauge. The pump motor was working with no pressure differance across the impeller. On a closer inspection I found a broken off connector on the impeller
Thats the broken off piece still on the motor shaft.
The new impeller is on the left. It went in easily.
The system was back in order and began misting with out probloms
