This deli reported to have smoke coming from a olive cooler. When I arrived the power had been turned off and the fire damage remained.
The oil and sludge build caused the float switch to permanently energize the heater element. The grease accumulation in the trap and condensate assembly was so intensive that it was more cost effective to replace then to clean up.
