The building manager lost the key for the disconnect lock. I hooked up my grinder and took it off in no time at all.
This unit provided mechanical and economizer cooling to the building electrical vault. The compressor contactor coil had failed and the contacts were in poor condition. I had a spare contactor in the van so I changed it up.
