This self contained cake cooler was not able to pull down to temperature in any reasonable time after defrost. A pump down test on the compressor showed that the compressor was not able to pull down past 0 PSIG. The compressor was less than a year old at that. The only other problem I could find with the system was the amount of heat surrounding the condensing unit!
Hours spent on the floor changing out this compressor.
Each axial fans will exhaust 105 CFM of hot air from the condensing unit and the condensate drip pan heater. A fan guard is being made up to prevent any fingers from going inside those blades.
The fans are wired up to this plug for future service work.
